Give Hope Back
Rebrand & Website

Give Hope Back is a nonprofit supporting children with cancer and expanding its impact through prevention, education, and community outreach. Known for its annual Lobsterfest fundraiser that has raised over $500,000 for the Children’s Mercy Cancer Auxiliary, the organization rebranded in 2018 to express a broader mission focused on reducing melanoma in children through free sunscreen, skin cancer screenings, and education for those at greatest risk from sports, swimming, and sun exposure.

The updated brand identity and website were designed to communicate that mission with clarity, warmth, and purpose. Built around a bright, hopeful visual system, the work helped position Give Hope Back as a trusted nonprofit and active community advocate. It supports partnerships with the Kansas City Metro Parks system and Sporting KC’s Victory Project, including the Block-It Program that brings free sunscreen stations to local parks and recreation centers.
