iUsacell (AT&T Mexico)
Retail Design
The Iusacell Retail Design project aimed to transform the wireless retail experience into a more branded, intuitive, and scalable environment. Instead of simply displaying phones and service plans, the concept organized the store around clear product and service zones, ergonomic merchandising, and interactive customer touchpoints. The design, built on a modular fixture system, could adapt to different store sizes while continuing a consistent visual language and customer journey. Interactive touchscreens extended the in-store experience by helping customers explore Iusacell’s broader product and service ecosystem, supporting both self-guided browsing and assisted selling.
Visually, the space brought the brand to life through large-format graphics, saturated red architectural elements, dark-wood fixtures, illuminated canopies, and furniture-like sales podiums, making the environment feel modern and approachable. The design also improved how products, pricing, accessories, and plan information were communicated, making the shopping experience easier to navigate and more engaging. The result was a retail concept that coordinated branding, merchandising, and customer experience into a flexible system that could be repeated across locations while still feeling polished, immersive, and highly functional.
