The Time Clock Management System project transformed a legacy phone-based employee timekeeping process into a modern, role-based digital workflow designed around the needs of employees, managers, payroll teams, and administrators. Rather than simply replacing an existing tool, the project focused on understanding the operational challenges behind time tracking, approvals, payroll readiness, and administrative management to define a more connected product experience.

The project included product strategy, workflow analysis, requirements definition, user experience design, interactive prototyping, and iterative product development. Beginning as a Figma Make concept, the solution evolved into a functional application prototype through AI-assisted development with ChatGPT and Codex, incorporating responsive layouts, enhanced functionality, and refined UI/UX. By structuring development into manageable milestones with incremental validation checkpoints, the project demonstrated how a complex business process could be translated into a clear, scalable digital product experience.
